I want to express my gratitude for all you have done for me, or should I say what you have put me through.   On June 18, 2007 I gave birth to my third child. At 34 years old I wondered if I could ever expect to lose the 60lbs I gained. Let’s face it; I’m no spring chicken anymore. My goal was simple; I wanted to be back into my pre-pregnancy clothes before Christmas.

The team at Fitness Together pushed me.  They held me accountable to be at my sessions and to give 100% every session.  They made every session fun and challenging. 

Today is December 10, 2007 and guess what…I am back into my cloths (size 2). It was oblivious you believed in me, even though I questioned it, you knew I could do it.  Today was a great day, I was able to put on jeans I haven’t worn in 3 years!

Now on to the next goal…
