Hi Mark,

I wanted to drop you a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with you and your team, JD in particular. My evaluation results this week were just great...but what they don't show is the fact that I am down 2 -3 sizes (to a 5!!!) and that is what really matters to me.  That, and the fact that I have never looked or felt better in my life.

JD is just great...he's an excellent motivator, as well as a down-to-earth, professional guy with a consistently positive attitude.  We work very well together, and the results are clearly visible...he sets a great example, and he is really a pleasure to be around.

Your program is demanding, but I always feel great when I leave your studio.  That's a real testament to you and JD.
