After 10 weeks of training at Fitness Together, I am thrilled with my results.  Prior to working out at Fitness Together I spent most of my gym time on cardio equipment, adding weights sporadically.  By adding weights routinely and intense cardio blasts – I have seen changes in body and an increase in my overall energy level!   Also, I have noticed great improvement in my muscle tone and overall strength.  Each training session is a challenge and fun.  My trainer has educated me on how use gym equipment properly…to get the most out of my workouts!

Fitness Together has given me many tools in working towards a healthy body – below are 3 that have made the biggest impact on my quality of life in just this short time.  One – discipline.  In signing the contract on Day 1 with Fitness Together, I new I had to make my workouts a priority.  In thinking about my daily to-do list, workouts are always near the top of my list…even if I can only squeeze in 10 squats.  I now create time to workout, not attempt to fit it in.   Two – Diet.  One meal at a time, my trainer has helped me find the right balance of nutrition for my body.  I am no longer scared of calories, but understand what, when and how they support my workouts, energy and overall health.  Three – Stress.  I hold my stress in my neck and shoulders.  At night, I had trouble sleeping due to tightness in my neck and shoulders.  By targeting my back muscles with weight training and performing shoulder stretches regularly, I am now sleeping through the night pain free.  And my posture…WOW…I can feel a difference sitting at my desk at work, as well as when I walk! 

I am excited to continue my journey with Fitness Together.  The service provided is first class.  It has and will continue to inspire me to meet my goals!
